Who This Role Is For
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Director who can take ownership of our entire digital marketing ecosystem and scale lead generation across multiple channels.
This is not an entry-level marketing role. We need a proven marketing leader with hands-on experience managing paid advertising, social media, content creation, email marketing, eCommerce, and marketing teams.
Tesla BioHealing is rapidly expanding in the wellness and healthcare technology space, and we are seeking someone who can develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that generate measurable business growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
• Oversee social media marketing across all major platforms
• Create and manage video marketing campaigns and video ad content
• Drive lead generation initiatives and customer acquisition campaigns
• Monitor and optimize advertising performance, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
• Manage and optimize Shopify eCommerce marketing efforts
• Build and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
• Oversee CRM marketing automation through GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights and reporting
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external vendors
• Lead and manage marketing team members and contractors

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• Proven track record managing profitable Google Ads campaigns
• Proven track record managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns
• Strong lead generation and customer acquisition experience
• Experience creating and scaling video advertising campaigns
• Experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Wellness, healthcare, medical, biohacking, or supplement industry experience
• Klaviyo email and SMS marketing expertise
• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
• Shopify marketing and conversion optimization experience

• Landing page optimization and funnel-building experience
• SEO and content marketing knowledge
• Experience managing remote marketing teams
