JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Video Creator/Editor who understands what performs on social media and can produce content at high volume.

This is not a role where we want one highly polished video every few days. We want someone who understands testing, volume, trends, hooks, and variations.

What You'll Be Creating
Mostly vertical short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
UGC-style content
Storytelling videos
Direct-response/ad creative
Trend-based social content
Occasionally longer-form videos
Multiple variations of winning concepts
How We Think About Content

Volume matters.

Instead of making one video and hoping it works, we want to test:

Multiple hooks for the same video
Different openings and angles
Different headlines and on-screen text
Different pacing and editing styles
Different CTAs
New variations of concepts that are already performing

For example, one core piece of content might turn into 5-10+ different variations for testing.

We're Looking For Someone Who
Understands TikTok, Reels, Shorts and current social media trends
Can recognize what makes someone stop scrolling
Understands the importance of the first 1-3 seconds
Can edit UGC without making it feel overly produced
Understands storytelling and pacing
Can create multiple variations quickly
Is comfortable working at high volume
Can take feedback and iterate fast
Can research competitors and trending content for new ideas
Understands that social content is about constant testing and iteration

Experience creating content for e-commerce brands, agencies, paid social or direct-response marketing is a major plus.
