The Honest Guys Services LLC is looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team long term.
This is NOT an entry level position. Previous cold calling and appointment setting experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing
Make 90–120 outbound calls per day
Contact businesses and decision makers
Introduce our commercial cleaning and specialty services
Identify and speak with the appropriate decision maker
Generate qualified leads
Schedule appointments and estimates for our sales team
Follow up with interested prospects
Keep accurate notes and update lead information
Meet daily and weekly performance expectations
Requirements
Previous cold calling / appointment setting experience is REQUIRED
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident, clear and professional phone presence
Comfortable making 90–120 calls every working day
Reliable high speed internet
Quiet and professional work environment
Quality headset and computer
Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural
Comfortable handling objections and rejection
Organized and dependable
Able to work independently without constant supervision

Experience with B2B cold calling is strongly preferred
IMPORTANT – WORK COMMITMENT

This position requires your full attention during scheduled working hours.

There is ZERO tolerance for working another job, taking calls for another employer, freelancing, or performing outside work during the hours you are scheduled to work for our company.

We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long term position and can consistently meet our call and appointment expectations.

Compensation
$640 USD per month
Paid every two weeks.
There is potential for growth based on performance, reliability and results.
