JOB OVERVIEW

The Role

We're looking for someone who knows how to bring calm to a hard conversation, earn a customer's trust, and then make things right.

You'll take inbound escalated calls for one of our food supplement brands, helping customers who need more patience, reassurance, or care than a standard support interaction gets. When a conversation needs a steady hand, you're the one we trust to take it from there.

A Little About Us

Raicom LLC runs a growing portfolio of consumer brands. We've learned customers remember less about whether their problem got solved, and more about how it felt while it was being solved. This role protects that second part.

You'll Be Great Here If You
- Speak clear, easily understood English and communicate naturally on the phone
- Have 1–2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Have handled escalated or high-emotion calls before, or you're exceptionally composed under pressure by nature
- Listen for what a customer actually needs, not just the first thing they say
- Make reasonable decisions within guidelines without needing everything spelled out
- Stay empathetic without losing control of the conversation
- Write clear, useful notes and follow through on what you say you'll do
- Have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space to take calls

Previous phone or voice support experience is a strong plus. More than anything: we care about how you make people feel when things aren't going smoothly.

To apply, write NATIVE in your subject line and submit a short video recording answering the following questions:

1. Walk us through a call where the customer was right to be angry — not just upset, but justified. What did you actually say to them, word for word if you can remember, and what did you do after the call ended?
2. Tell us about a call that almost got to you — where you felt yourself about to react badly. What was happening, and what did you do in that exact moment to pull it back?
3. Have you worked an overnight or graveyard shift before? If yes, how long did you last, and what made you stop or stay?
