**WHO WE ARE**

We are a US real estate coaching company and sales team based in Virginia. Our founder, Dan Rochon, is a TEDx speaker and the author of Teach to Sell, published by Post Hill Press and distributed by Simon & Schuster. He hosts the No Broke Months podcast.

Our promise to agents is CPI, which is Consistent and Predictable Income. Every real estate agent wants it, and most have no idea how to build it. We teach them. Dan has not had a broke month since 2008 using this system.

We have a book, a podcast, a coaching community, and real agents whose incomes are changing. All of it is under produced. That is the job.

**WHAT YOU WILL OWN**

You are not a posting assistant. You own attention for the whole brand.

- Social media across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Short form video first.
- The No Broke Months podcast, end to end. Guest scheduling, editing, publishing, show notes, clips.
- Turning one long form recording per week into a full set of short clips for every channel.
- Book marketing for Teach to Sell, including the Amazon and Audible review campaign.
- Telling our agents' stories. Their wins, their numbers, their transformations.
- A simple monthly report showing reach, views, opt ins, and applications, and what changed and why.

**WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**

- Content ships on schedule every week without anyone reminding you.
- One recording becomes ten or more usable pieces.
- You can look at last month's numbers and tell us which three things to stop doing.
- Our agents become the story. Not the founder, and not you.

**YOU ARE A FIT IF**

- You have 2+ years running social media or content for a US or international brand, and you can show the accounts.
- You edit short form video yourself. CapCut, Premiere, Descript, or similar.
- You write English that sounds like a person, not like a template.
- You are organized enough to run a publishing calendar and never miss.
- You look at analytics on your own and change what you do because of them.
- You can work at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time.
- You have reliable internet and a backup plan when it fails.

**YOU ARE NOT A FIT IF**

- You need someone to send you a content calendar every week.
- You have never edited a video yourself.
- You want a quiet posting job. This seat is measured.

**HOW WE HIRE, AND WE ARE OPEN ABOUT IT**
