JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate company looking for a full-time phone salesperson to join our team.

The Type of Person We're Looking For:

One of our longtime team members, Jerry, was born and raised in the United States and eventually relocated to the Philippines. He has been with our company for several years and has been extremely successful in this position.

Jerry is extremely personable, speaks clear and fluent American English, is naturally good at sales, and has the ability to build rapport with almost anyone over the phone.

Ideally, we're looking for another Jerry.

Someone with excellent English, a great personality, strong phone presence, natural sales ability, and most importantly, someone dependable who wants to become a long-term part of our team.

The Job

Your main job will be speaking with property owners over the phone, following up with leads, and helping us buy and sell real estate.

What we're looking for:

- Excellent spoken English
- Confident and personable on the phone
- Previous phone sales experience
- Reliable and available full-time
- Comfortable making and receiving calls
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $300 USD per week + performance bonuses

This is a long-term position with room to grow and earn more based on performance.
