JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
A growing home services company is seeking a dependable Dispatch Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will handle incoming calls, schedule and dispatch jobs, and manage day-to-day coordination using field-service software. The ideal candidate has excellent English, a professional phone manner, and a talent for turning inquiries into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and book appointments efficiently
- Create and dispatch jobs using a field-service CRM such as Workiz
- Coordinate daily schedules between customers and technicians
- Generate and send accurate estimates and invoices
- Follow up with customers on quotes, bookings, and pending items
- Reply to customer texts and messages promptly and professionally
- Confirm job details and closings with field technicians
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer and job records

Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent
- Experience in dispatching, appointment setting, or phone-based customer service
- Confidence managing inbound and outbound calls and closing appointments
- Ability to learn and work within a field-service CRM
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Workiz, CallRail, or similar CRM and call-tracking tools
- Prior support for a home services or trades business
- Familiarity with preparing estimates and invoices
- Willingness to learn marketing and content tasks as responsibilities grow
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting content
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
