JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently growing our team and looking for a reliable E-Commerce Customer Support Agent to support us with daily customer communication.

Your main responsibility will be to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understand their questions and needs, and provide them with a positive experience. You should feel comfortable handling different conversations, building trust, and maintaining good long-term customer relationships.
