ABOUT US
We are a Swedish menswear brand run by two founders, full-time for two years. No logos, honest pricing, real materials: wool, linen, cotton. Quiet luxury without the logo tax. We sell direct across Europe and the UK aswell worldwide and we grow almost entirely on creator content.
THE ROLE
Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 100% remote
Compensation: $1,000 to $1,200 USD per month, depending on experience
Reports to: Co-founder
Level: Manager, department owner
This is not a junior coordinator, a virtual assistant, or a basic influencer outreach position. You will not be posting to our feed or answering customer
Creator content is the single channel this company grows on, and it has outgrown the two founders running it on the side. We are hiring one person to own it, and not someone who needs to be told every step. We want someone who can take the pipeline as it is today, see what is broken in it, and build it into something that runs.
YOUR MISSION
Turn a steady flow of the right creators into a steady flow of ads that sell. You own:
- Creator sourcing and daily outreach on Instagram and TikTok
- Qualification against our fit checklist: 10k+ followers or reels that regularly clear 20k views, 2%+ engagement, men 18 to 45, EU/UK/Nordic, smart-casual
- Every reply after first contact: rates, negotiation, terms, confirmation. Nothing sits past 48 hours
- Product seeding end to end, from raising the Shopify order to chasing what is stuck
- Briefs, reference videos and deadlines, holding a 7-day turnaround from the day product arrives
- Content review against the brief, reshoot requests, and collecting the ad code for our media buyers
- D
- Keeping the pipeline current so anyone can see its true state without asking you
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years managing UGC creators or influencer partnerships for a DTC or ecommerce brand
- Proven with gifted and seeded deals, not only paid ones. Getting a creator to film for product is a core skill here
- Comfortable with high daily outreach volume, and with people not replying
- Genuinely organised. 30+ active creators takes systems, not memory
- Written English that sounds like a person who watched their content, not a template
- Taste: you can tell content that stops the scroll from content that merely looks nice
- Warm with creators, firm when work is late or off-brief
- Full-time, reliably overlapping European hours, looking for a long-term home
Fashion or menswear experience is a plus, not a requirement. So is familiarity with Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.
WHAT THIS ROLE HAS THAT OTHERS DO NOT
- A real system, not a spreadsheet. We built our own dashboard, the Command Center, which holds the whole creator pipeline: who was contacted, what stage they are at, what is owed, what is overdue. Most jobs like this fall apart at 40 creators. Yours will not.
- Direct access to the founders. No middle management. Bring an idea on Monday, get a decision on Monday.
- We are AI-forward and we mean it. If you already reach for AI to move faster, there is room here.
- Ask for the tool that makes you faster and we buy it.
- This seat is the lead of our Content Engine. Creators, editors and outreach support sit under it as we scale.
COMPENSATION
$1,000 to $1,200 USD per month, plus a performance bonus tied to content delivered and creators converted. Strong candidates start at $1,000 with a written review at 90 days that moves them to the top of the band.
HOW TO APPLY
Follow this exactly. It takes about 15 minutes and it is how we find the people who actually read.
1. Begin your application with this exact line: "I own the pipeline."
2. Your relevant experience: which brands, how many creators, what you personally handled, and what came of it.
3. Find one creator on Instagram or TikTok who fits a Swedish menswear brand selling to men 18 to 45 in Europe. Paste the link and two sentences on why they would convert for us.
4. Write the exact DM you would send that creator: free product in exchange for a video we can run as a Meta ad.
5. Tell us how you would handle a creator who received the product, missed the deadline by a week, and stopped replying.
