We are a high-end, rapidly scaling U.S.-based interior design firm that works with luxury real estate developers, builders, agents, and discerning homebuyers. Role Overview
We're looking for a talented interior designer who takes real pride in their work and thrives in a fast-moving environment. This is a creative role, but speed and efficiency matter as much as the quality of the output. You'll take design direction and run with it, translating concepts into polished, client-ready presentations while keeping multiple projects moving at once.

We're also building a design team that stays ahead of the curve, using AI and emerging tools to work smarter, produce faster, and push the quality of our output higher.

This is a full-time role requiring reliable availability during U.S. Pacific Time hours (Philippine overnight hours)

Key Responsibilities
* Design Concepts: Pull from our curated vendor catalog and past collections to develop cohesive design concepts and presentation materials suited to each client's space
* 3D Modeling: Create SketchUp models of rooms and furniture as the foundation for our 3D Artist team's final renderings
* Client Reviews: Lead client reviews with confidence, presenting concepts directly, defending design decisions, and adapting in real time to feedback
* Client Satisfaction: Own your projects end to end, from design through installation, keeping selections and files organized along the way, always with an eye toward delighting the client

What You Bring
* A strong design eye and genuine passion for interior design. Candidates who combine architectural training (space planning, structural literacy) with interior design sensibility are especially strong fits. Your portfolio should speak for itself
* AI experience as part of your design workflow, whether for client communication, research, or presentations. We're looking for designers doing this now, not planning to start
* Clear communication when priorities shift and deadlines get tight
* Proficiency in SketchUp for room and furniture modeling
* Real comfort and confidence leading client reviews, not just supporting them
* Polished written and spoken English, clear and professional in client-facing settings and team collaboration
