Salary: $700 to $900 + Monthly Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 35 to 40 hrs per week

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of our Shopify stores. You'll coordinate closely with developers and marketing to build and optimize high-performing e-commerce websites — and you'll be rewarded for it. Strong performance is paid: on top of your monthly salary, we offer a performance-based bonus every month for hitting store performance, launch timelines, and optimization goals.

Responsibilities

Manage the launch and ongoing optimization of Shopify stores, ensuring they're fully functional and scale-ready
Ensure all websites comply with ad platform policies (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) before launch
Work closely with Shopify developers to identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs and technical issues
Coordinate development of new Shopify stores and keep projects on schedule
Assist with Google Ads and Google Merchant Center management (training provided )
Monitor site performance, UX, and conversion opportunities, and recommend improvements
Coordinate with the internal team to keep projects moving and deadlines met

Qualifications

Experience managing Shopify stores or e-commerce websites
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable communicating with both developers and marketing teams
Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and website optimization
Google Ads / Merchant Center experience is a plus, not required
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
