WHO WE ARE

We are DALO, an ecommerce marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia. Email is our number one channel. We run Klaviyo email programs for a growing portfolio of Australian ecommerce and fitness brands, and you will work directly with one of the founders. No layers, no bureaucracy, clear briefs, fast decisions.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an ELITE email designer, not a general graphic designer. An email specialist who understands that a beautiful email that does not convert is a failed email.

What you will do:
- Design campaign and flow emails in Figma from clear briefs (we supply the copy and strategy, you bring design excellence)
- Build and implement your designs in Klaviyo: templates, campaigns, flows
- Design for conversion: visual hierarchy, mobile-first layout, strong CTAs, smart sections and buttons
- Keep designs deliverability-friendly: image-to-text balance, alt text, dark mode aware
- Turn work around fast. Most single emails within 24 hours of receiving the brief
- Proactively suggest improvements. If you see a better way, you say so

REQUIREMENTS (please do not apply if you do not meet these)
- Real Klaviyo experience: you can build a template, a campaign and a flow email without hand-holding
- Excellent Figma skills
- A portfolio of real emails you designed (we will ask what each one achieved)
- Excellent written English and fast, clear communication
- Very responsive during working hours. You reply within 1-2 hours and never disappear mid-project
- Working hours with strong overlap to Australian Eastern time (PH time is only 2 hours behind, so this is easy)
- Reliable internet with a backup plan for power or internet outages
