JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing creative business producing high-quality t-shirt designs for online marketplaces like Etsy.

We are looking for designers who are very comfortable using Adobe Photoshop.
Photoshop is MANDATORY.
Canva or basic editing tools are NOT ACCEPTABLE for this role, so please don't apply if you're not comfortable with Photoshop.

What you’ll do

Work with design inspirations for the US market (Etsy) (provided + researched)

Assist in generating new design variations using tools we'll provide (full training provided)

Clean up and prepare designs in Photoshop (threshold, masking, sizing, refinements)

Prepare designs to be print-ready

The workflow outside of Photoshop is easy but needs lots of commitment to learn and get to the level we're asking. It's fully trained.

Photoshop skill and your creativity is THE MOST IMPORTANT requirement.

Requirements

Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop

Comfortable with selections, masking, thresholding, and detailed cleanup

Ability to work carefully, consistently and doing the same task over and over

A good computer capable of handling Photoshop smoothly
(If your computer is slow, this job will not work — please apply only if your setup can handle frequent Photoshop use)

Important notes

This is a long-term position with strong growth opportunities

Pretty soon, 50+ hours per week of work may be asked
