JOB OVERVIEW

JOB TITLE: Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

COMPANY: Drop A Box LLC

HOURS: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow

LOCATION: Remote – Philippines

ABOUT US

Drop A Box LLC is a portable-storage container rental company serving Richmond, Moore, Anson, Scotland and Hoke counties in North Carolina, as well as nearby areas of South Carolina.

We rent 16-foot and 20-foot storage containers to homeowners, contractors, restoration companies, real estate professionals and commercial businesses. Our immediate goal is to generate qualified leads and increase monthly container rentals.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a dependable, creative and results-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant. This is not a position focused only on creating attractive social-media posts. Your work must help generate phone calls, quote requests and new rentals.

You will help plan and execute local digital-marketing campaigns while tracking which activities produce actual leads and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and schedule 3–4 quality social-media posts each week
• Manage Facebook, Instagram and our Google Business Profile
• Create graphics and advertisements using Canva and our actual container photos
• Write clear marketing copy for homeowners, contractors and businesses
• Research local communities, businesses and potential referral partners
• Build organized prospect lists of contractors, restoration companies, roofers, realtors, property managers, apartment communities and commercial businesses
• Create and send targeted email campaigns
• Manage follow-up email sequences while complying with U.S. email-marketing rules
• Identify appropriate local Facebook groups and community pages for promotion
• Help request and respond to customer reviews
• Keep lead information accurate and organized
• Track leads from their original source through quote and rental
• Provide a short weekly report showing work completed, leads generated, campaign results and recommended next steps
• Help improve our marketing systems and document successful processes

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• At least two years of digital-marketing or lead-generation experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts
• Experience with Google Business Profile
• Strong Canva skills
• Experience with Mailchimp, Constant Contact or another email-marketing platform
• Experience building targeted B2B prospect lists
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems and project-management tools
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
• Able to work independently, follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Willing to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for scheduled meetings

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Marketing for local service businesses
• B2B lead generation
• Construction, equipment rental, self-storage, moving or real-estate marketing
• Facebook advertising or Google Ads support
• Website editing and basic SEO
• Creating short-form videos or reels
• CRM setup and marketing automation

HOW PERFORMANCE WILL BE MEASURED

Your performance will be measured primarily by:

• Qualified leads generated
• Phone calls and quote requests
• New container rentals
• Growth in legitimate Google reviews
• Email open, click and response rates
• Accuracy of lead tracking
• Consistent completion of weekly marketing activities

We are interested in business results—not fake followers, purchased email lists or meaningless engagement.

INITIAL 30-DAY ASSIGNMENT

During the first 30 days, the selected candidate will be expected to:

• Create a 30-day marketing calendar
• Publish at least 12 quality social-media posts
• Build a clean list of 300–500 qualified local business prospects
• Prepare and send two targeted email campaigns
• Improve and actively manage our Google Business Profile
• Help launch a customer-review campaign
• Create or improve our lead-tracking system
• Submit a weekly performance report

• A list of 10 qualified business prospects in Moore County, North Carolina

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

This position will begin with a paid 30-day trial. Candidates who produce reliable, high-quality work and measurable results may be offered a long-term position with additional hours and responsibilities.
