JOB OVERVIEW

We are a licensed real estate brokerage in New Jersey looking for a reliable cold caller to reach homeowners and set listing appointments for our agents.

You will be calling homeowners from a provided list to find out if they are thinking about selling. You are not selling anything. Your only job is to have a normal conversation, find out their situation, and book the ones who are interested onto our calendar.

What you will do:

Make outbound calls to homeowners using our dialer and lead list
Follow a provided script and objection handling guide
Qualify sellers based on timeline, motivation, and property condition
Book appointments directly onto the agent calendar
Log every call and outcome in our CRM
Send a short daily summary of calls made, contacts reached, and appointments set

Requirements:

Clear, neutral English speaking voice with minimal accent
Comfortable on the phone and able to handle rejection without taking it personally
Stable internet, quiet workspace, headset with good microphone
Available during US Eastern Time business hours
Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred but not required if you can demonstrate the right phone presence

Direct support from our team

Hours: Monday through Friday, US Eastern Time. Specific window discussed during interview.

Pay: Base plus bonus per qualified appointment set.
