INTRODUCTION:

We are a US-based direct-to-consumer supplement brand looking for a Creator Partnerships and Affiliate Coordinator to help us build our creator army on TikTok.

We are launching our TikTok Shop and we need someone who can find creators, reach out to them at volume, get them into our affiliate program, and keep them posting. This is a high-outreach role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sourcing and researching creators who fit our brand and audience, primarily on TikTok and Instagram
- Sending high volumes of outreach messages every day to recruit creators into our affiliate program
- Onboarding creators, explaining commission structures, and getting them set up in TikTok Affiliate Center
- Coordinating sample shipments and tracking who received product and who posted
- Following up with creators who go quiet and keeping the active ones motivated
- Maintaining a clean creator database: who was contacted, who replied, who signed, who is selling
- Tracking performance by creator so we know who to invest in and who to cut
- Reporting weekly on outreach sent, creators signed, samples shipped, and sales generated

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator recruitment, or high-volume outreach
- Excellent written English. You will be writing messages to American creators every day and they must sound natural
- Comfortable with rejection and repetitive outreach work
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a database of hundreds of creators without losing track
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and creator culture in the US market
- Able to work with meaningful overlap with US Eastern Time
- Reliable internet and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate Center, Shopify, or affiliate platforms is a strong plus
