Part-time to start, with future opportunity to full time.
The role
I launch single-product stores and run them on TikTok. You're the launch engine: I hand you a product, you follow me SOP's to get it live and running. Page built from a template, video posted, Spark code pulled, pixel connected, campaigns scheduled. Then you duplicate campaigns for the following day strictly based of a set of instructions.
This is not a media buying role. You're not d
And I can record loom videos if theres a few things you're not sure on.
Non-negotiable
You must know TikTok Ads Manager. Properly, hands-on. If you know Meta but not TikTok, this isn't for you please don't apply. It's just genuinely not transferable for what I need, and we'd both be wasting our time.
Shopify is a bonus, not a requirement. The Shopify side is simple template editing and I'll happily teach it. So if TikTok's your strength, apply anyway.
Availability, read this properly
Six days a week minimum. That's the baseline I need.
If you want to work seven, I'm not going to stop you, and I'll make it worth your while. People who put in the extra day get looked after properly on pay and tips. Your call, not mine.
October through December is my biggest period of the year. I need someone genuinely, seriously available across those three months. Not half-available. If you know now that you'll be stretched thin over Q4, we're not a fit.
The deal
No bullshit, in either direction. Follow the system, be reachable, don't go quiet on me.
In return: I pay on time, and I'm genuinely generous with people who do the job properly. Good performance gets rewarded, and I tip well when someone's earning it. Get good at this and there's a full-time seat and real money in it.
To apply
Start your reply with the word "Launch", then tell me:
Your hands-on TikTok Ads Manager experience, what accounts, what you were responsible for.
Your Shopify experience, if any. Honest answer.
Your availability, including October to December specifically.
Your monthly rate.
Keep it short and straight. I'd rather have four honest lines than four polished paragraphs.
