About us
We are Lily Charmed and Scream Pretty, two UK jewellery brands run by the same small, fast-moving team.
Lily Charmed is a charm jewellery brand built on sentiment and storytelling. Our customers are charm collectors and gift buyers.
Scream Pretty is a bold, curated ear jewellery brand. Mostly self-purchase, with a strong gifting element.
We sell direct to consumers on Shopify, wholesale to jewellers, department stores, gift boutiques and hotels, and on marketplaces including Amazon, Etsy, Wolf & Badger and Not On The High Street.
We are a lean team that uses AI and automation heavily. We would rather run a smart system than a big department. That means this role has real budget authority and real ownership from day one.
Job description
We are looking for a paid marketing manager to own our Meta and Google advertising across both brands, plus the creator programme that feeds it, plus the reporting rhythm that keeps the whole marketing function honest.
Our margins are tight and our budget is not enormous. We need someone who treats every pound like it is their own, kills what is not working quickly, and can tell us clearly why performance moved. If you like being handed a budget and being held to a number, this is a good job. If you prefer to set things live and hope, it is not.

What this role does not cover
So there is no confusion:
Required skills and experience
You will need at least 3 years of hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager for an ecommerce brand. Campaign structure, creative testing, catalogue and product feed work, custom and lookalike audiences.
Google Ads and Google Merchant Centre, including Shopping and Performance Max, feed diagnostics and disapproval fixes.
Managing a real budget to a target, with ROAS and CPA accountability. Tell us the numbers you have moved.
Ad copywriting and creative production in Canva, working to an existing brand kit.
Reporting and analysis, comfortable in Google Analytics, Shopify analytics and spreadsheets.
Written British English must be strong. Spelling, grammar and punctuation to UK standard: jewellery not jewelry, colour not color, personalised not personalized. Your ad copy goes live to UK customers.
Soft skills
Commercially minded. You think in margin and payback, not just impressions.
A self-starter. You bring us the plan, we do not brief you weekly.
Direct. If something is not working, you say so early. We would rather hear bad news fast.
Organised. Five workstreams, two brands, one calendar. Nothing falls through.
Curious about competitors. You watch what other jewellery brands are doing and tell us what is worth stealing.
Nice to have
Jewellery, fashion or accessories experience.
Klaviyo familiarity, enough to build audience syncs.
Influencer or UGC programme management at scale.
Experience with Shopify product feeds and marketplace advertising.
Trade or wholesale marketing experience.
Work schedule
Part-time, 3 to 4 days a week, roughly 20 hours. There is scope to move to full time as performance grows.
Hours are flexible, but we need at least 2 hours of overlap with UK working time (8.30am to 4.30pm London) on the days you work. A weekly performance call is expected, plus the monthly marketing meeting which you run.
We honour most Filipino holidays. You will qualify for paid leave after a 3 month probation period.
