I run an international e-commerce group. We source in China, we manufacture our own cosmetics, and we sell DTC brands in Europe, the US and the Gulf. I'm opening a product cell and I'm hiring its first senior member. You would be employee #1 of this cell. The hunters we recruit after you will report to you.
Here's the honest version of the job.
Every day, products are blowing up somewhere: an ad that's been scaling for 12 days on Meta US, a TikTok Shop product doing crazy GMV that nobody runs in Europe yet. Your job is to catch these signals early, then do what almost nobody in this market does: open the spreadsheet. Landed cost, margin (we don't launch under 4x), realistic CAC against the AOV, demand checked outside the ad platform. Then you bring me ONE product a day maximum with a clear GO, and you kill the rest in writing. I make the final call, but your judgment is what I'm paying for.
What I need you to already have:
3 to 5+ years in DTC or dropshipping where you did BOTH sides. Maybe you ran your own store with your own money. Maybe you were the media buyer who also picked the products. What matters is that you've chosen products AND lived with their numbers afterwards.
You use spy tools daily. WinningHunter, PiPiAds, Kalodata, Minea, whatever your stack is, you'll show it to me live on screen share during the interview. Yes, live. If that sentence makes you uncomfortable, don't apply.
You have a graveyard. Products you refused to launch, campaigns you killed while the metrics still looked pretty. If you can't name one, you've never really d
Excel or Sheets at the level where you BUILD the unit economics model, not fill in someone else's.
What you get: weekly pay, a real seat (your calls go straight to me, no layers), and a team that will grow under you if you're as good as your application says. We start with a paid test mission of 2 to 3 days. Real products, real money, real decision at the end. We're a business in launch mode: if you're good, you'll know within a week, not after 4 rounds of interviews.
**HOW TO APPLY. Read this part twice.**
Generic applications get deleted without being read. Start your message with the word OPERATOR, then answer these 3 questions and nothing else:
1. One product you spotted early and pushed to launch: what was the first signal, and what were the numbers that made it a GO?
2. One product with beautiful ad metrics that you still killed: what did the spreadsheet say that the ads didn't?
3. Your spy tool stack + 2 or 3 time slots this week for an online interview (PH time).
Sharp answers get an interview within 24 hours. I'm hiring now, not next month.
