JOB OVERVIEW

Cold/Lukewarm Calling • Part-Time • Long-Term Opportunity

We're hiring an Outbound Appointment Setter to contact U.S. homeowners and schedule Mortgage Protection Reviews.

This is not a traditional VA position. This is a performance-driven calling role.

We're looking for someone who:

- Speaks excellent, conversational English
- Has a confident, professional phone voice
- Has previous cold-calling/outbound experience
- Is comfortable making 300–400 manual calls per day (certain days)
- Is reliable, coachable and competitive
- Is ready to get on the phones and learn through execution

We provide the leads, scripts, systems, training, coaching and support.

Our philosophy is simple: YOU LEARN BY DOING

Training is approximately 20% instruction/role-play and 80% live calling with real-time coaching.
You don't need to be perfect. You do need to execute, accept feedback and improve quickly.

YOUR ROLE:
You'll contact homeowners who recently obtained a mortgage and schedule a Mortgage Protection Review with a licensed specialist.
You are NOT selling insurance.
Your job is to turn conversations into qualified appointments, ideally within approximately 3 minutes.
Calls are manually dialed through GoHighLevel — no auto dialer or power dialer.

SCHEDULE *IMPORTANT*

Primary dialing days:

MONDAY + THURSDAY
Approximately 16-20 hours/week

Required peak hours:

7:30–9:30 AM Central Time
4:00–8:00 PM Central Time

These hours are non-negotiable and produce the majority of our appointments.

PERFORMANCE

Our initial target is: 16 qualified appointments per Monday/Thursday dialing cycle.

We're looking for production, reliability and improvement, not someone who simply logs hours.

Final candidates will complete a 3-day paid working trial:

Training ? Role Play ? Live Calls ? Coaching ? More Calls

We'll evaluate your communication, reliability, coachability, resilience and ability to produce appointments.

Strong performers can earn additional hours, performance bonuses and greater responsibility as the team grows.
