JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly skilled Content-Driven Video Editor to join our creative team and turn ideas, raw footage, and creative assets into engaging, polished video content.

This role for an editor who understands that great video goes beyond technical execution. Strong pacing, storytelling, visual composition, audience attention, and creative decision-making all play a role in producing content that stands out.

We're especially interested in editors who stay current with evolving editing techniques, experiment with new creative tools, and are comfortable incorporating AI into their workflow.

What You'll Work On:

- Edit high-quality video content from raw footage, scripts, and creative assets
- Build strong pacing, structure, transitions, captions, sound design, music, and visual effects into each edit
- Adapt editing styles to different creative concepts, audiences, brands, and project requirements
- Create variations and alternative edits when needed
- Work closely with the creative team to understand concepts, feedback, and project objectives
- Use modern editing techniques and AI-powered tools to improve production efficiency and creative output
- Maintain organized project files and efficient post-production workflows
- Review and refine your work before delivery to ensure a consistently high standard
- Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately while meeting deadlines

- Professional experience in video editing and post-production
- A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating your editing ability
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, visual flow, and audience engagement
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual quality
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote creative team
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and creative workflows
- Ability to take creative direction while also making thoughtful editing decisions independently

AI & Modern Editing Experience: AI is becoming an increasingly important part of our creative workflows, so experience with AI-powered video and creative tools is a major advantage.

Candidates with strong AI experience will receive priority consideration.
