Hi there!

We’re a fashion dropshipping company operating multiple online stores on Pinterest. We’re on the lookout for a Media Buyer to manage and scale our advertising campaigns, turning test products into consistent winners through smart budget allocation, fast learning cycles, and creative optimization.

What You’ll Work On:

1. Managing campaigns on Pinterest
2. Launching testing campaigns to identify product potential quickly
3. Launching scaling campaigns using structures like P+, Keyword Campaigns, and Duplicates
4. Optimizing campaigns biweekly by cutting underperformers and reallocating budgets to winners
5. Tracking and reporting ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPM with actionable insights for the team
6. Collaborating with product researchers and listers to provide feedback on product fit, creatives, and landing pages
7. Finding & launching new creatives for winning products and commissioning infographics/creative improvements for scaling

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2+ years experience running paid media campaigns (Pinterest)
2. Proven ability to scale products profitably with sustainable ROAS
3. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with CTR, CPC, CP ---------- trics
4. Familiarity with ad structures like P+, Keyword Campaigns, and campaign duplication
5. Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with consistent reporting
