We are looking at quality of work, attention to detail, organization, communication, creativity, and problem-solving.

Imagine we are having you manage social media for a roofing company & a restaurant .
Please find 5 current short-form video trends/content ideas that could be adapted for the roofing company & the restaurant.

For each idea, provide:
A link or reference to the original trend/content
A short explanation of the concept

Topic:

You may use Canva, Photoshop, or another design platform.
Submit the finished design as a PDF or images.

3. GoHighLevel & Automations

2 shoot days per month
Masonry Company (Client B)
30 videos per month
4 shoot days per month
Restaurant (Client C)
12 videos per month
1 shoot day per month
Create a simple Google Sheet, Excel sheet, or organizational system showing how you would track:
Client
Video title
Shoot date
Editing status
Approval status
Scheduled posting date
Platform
Views/performance
Notes
Include a small sample with at least 10 example videos so we can understand how you would organize the workflow.

5. Office Management
Please explain how you would handle each of the following situations:
Scenario A:
A client has a filming day tomorrow but hasn't confirmed the time or location.
Write the message you would send them.
Scenario B:
A client's invoice is 10 days overdue.
Write the follow-up message you would send.
Scenario C:
A client asks when their videos will be finished, but the editor has not provided an update.
Explain what steps you would take before responding to the client.
Scenario D:
You realize two clients have a ---------- been scheduled for filming at the same time.
Explain exactly how you would handle the situation.

Thank you, and we look forward to the possibility of you becoming a part of Master Media Group.
