JOB OVERVIEW

We are expanding our international electronics distribution network and are looking for resourceful people in the Philippines who can build relationships and create real deal flow.

This is not a traditional VA role.

We are especially interested in people who are already connected to, or know how to reach:

Mobile phone dealers
Electronics wholesalers
Distributors
Importers and exporters
Refurbishers
Logistics operators
Bulk electronics buyers
Local suppliers
Liquidation inventory sources
Overseas buyers and trading networks
You Do NOT Need Capital
You are not required to purchase inventory yourself.

You do not need to own a store or currently operate a wholesale business.

Your value is your ability to find people, build relationships, identify opportunities, and bring qualified connections into our distribution network.

Your Role
As a Distribution Scout, you may help identify and develop relationships with:

Buyers looking for phones and electronics in bulk
Suppliers with consistent device inventory
Wholesalers and distributors
Exporters and importers
Retailers looking for reliable supply
Local electronics market operators
Logistics and freight-forwarding connections
Businesses that can become recurring distribution partners
This is not about simply collecting names or sending random leads.

We want scouts who can start conversations, understand what buyers or suppliers need, maintain relationships, and help turn those relationships into recurring business.

Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.

Scouts earn a percentage from successfully closed deals they help bring into the network.

There is no fixed limit on earning potential because compensation grows with the quality, size, and frequency of the opportunities you develop.

Strong scouts who consistently create valuable relationships may eventually qualify for:

Recurring commissions

Naturally good at networking and relationship building
Comfortable reaching out to businesses and new contacts
Familiar with phones, electronics, wholesale, logistics, or trading
Resourceful and able to find decision-makers

Interested in international business and distribution
Motivated by commission and performance rather than only hourly work
Previous wholesale experience is helpful, but access and resourcefulness matter more than a traditional resume.
