JOB OVERVIEW

ReFix Property Services is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

We already have the creative content. We need someone who knows how to turn that content into profitable campaigns.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Building and managing Meta campaigns, ad sets, and ads
Diagnosing our current advertising setup and identifying problems
Installing and verifying Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
Connecting tracking with our GoHighLevel landing pages and website
Tracking important KPIs and campaign metrics
Testing different audiences, offers, hooks, creatives, and campaign angles
Continuously A/B testing and optimizing campaigns
Monitoring CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality
Scaling campaigns that perform and cutting campaigns that don't
Providing clear reports and recommendations
We’re Looking For
Proven Meta Ads experience
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
Experience building campaigns from start to finish
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Pixel, Events, CAPI, and conversion tracking
GoHighLevel experience is REQUIRED
Experience with landing pages and funnels
Experience with Jobber is a strong bonus
Understanding of lead-generation campaigns
Strong testing and optimization mindset
Able to explain results clearly
Industry Experience

Experience with home services, local services, contractors, or lead generation is highly preferred.

Our services include permanent lighting, Christmas lighting, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and other residential services.
