JOB OVERVIEW

ReFix Property Services is looking for a confident, professional, and highly motivated Virtual Assistant to handle inbound and outbound calls for our growing home-services company in Ottawa, Canada.

The Role

You will speak with hot, warm, and cold leads and help turn them into booked appointments and customers.

Our services include:

Permanent LED lighting
Christmas / holiday lighting
Window cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Pressure washing
Other residential services
Your Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers and leads
Make outbound calls and follow-ups
Contact new, warm, cold, and previous leads
Qualify customers and understand their needs
Book appointments
Follow up on quotes and missed opportunities
Help close sales over the phone
Send SMS and email follow-ups
Update leads and customer information in our CRM
Provide excellent customer service
We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken English
Very confident and natural on the phone
Comfortable making a high volume of calls
Friendly, professional, and persuasive
Strong follow-up skills
Good problem-solving ability
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred
CRM experience is a bonus
French is a bonus
Schedule

Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time (Ottawa Time)

Pay

$7–$12 CAN/hour depending on experience
