JOB OVERVIEW

ReFix Property Services is looking for a confident, highly communicative Virtual Assistant to join our growing team in Ottawa, Canada.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up, booking appointments, and turning conversations into customers.

Your Day-to-Day
Make outbound calls to leads and customers
Follow up with new inquiries, old leads, and quotes
Book appointments and help close sales
Speak with customers and answer questions
Send SMS and email follow-ups
Manage leads and customer information in GoHighLevel and Jobber
Handle scheduling and simple administrative tasks
Make sure every lead receives proper follow-up
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Extremely fluent in English
Very confident and natural on the phone
Friendly, professional, and persuasive
Organized and reliable
A strong problem solver
Comfortable making lots of calls every day
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experienced in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or VA work

French or other languages are a bonus.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time

Pay

$7–$12 CAN/hour depending on experience
