Your job is not simply to make a high number of calls.

Decision-maker conversations ? transportation needs identified ? qualified opportunities ? booked meetings
You are not responsible for negotiating or signing contracts. Our team and the local NEMT business owner will handle high-level sales conversations, pricing decisions, contracts, and service fulfillment.
Who We’re Looking For
You should have:
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong, clear phone communication
Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, B2B sales, or lead-generation experience

Ability to navigate gatekeepers without sounding robotic
Strong follow-up habits
Excellent attention to detail
Experience documenting calls in a CRM or spreadsheet
Ability to handle rejection and continue following the process
Availability to work during U.S. business hours
Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment
Healthcare calling experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, or another CRM is also a plus.
Schedule
Part-time
Approximately 20 hours per week
Must overlap with U.S. business hours
Opportunity for increased hours and responsibility as the company grows
Compensation
$5–$7 USD/hour, depending on experience.

You will receive:
Call scripts
Outreach frameworks
Objection-handling guidance
Target account lists
CRM/pipeline training
Ongoing feedback on calls and messaging
We are looking for someone who can follow a proven process while still sounding natural and human on the phone.
IMPORTANT — How to Apply
Start your application with the word RELIABLE so we know you read the entire job description.
Your application must include:
A 60–90 second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining your cold-calling or appointment-setting experience.
How many years of outbound calling or appointment-setting experience you have.
What industries you have called.
Any healthcare experience you have.
Which CRMs or sales tools you have used.
Your availability during U.S. business hours.
Your expected hourly rate.
Then answer this question:
You call a nursing facility and the receptionist says, “We already have a transportation provider.” What would you say next?
Applications that do not include RELIABLE, the voice recording, and the scenario response will not be considered.
Important: This position initially involves business-to-business outreach only. You will not provide medical advice, negotiate healthcare contracts, or handle patient medical information as part of your standard outreach responsibilities.
