JOB OVERVIEW

must have experience with Wellsky, or have experience with like system used to schedule non medical in home care for an agency with over 120 clients and growing. Work with Scheduling manager who is also off shore and overnight scheduler based here in the US. We are in the south of the US so someone with little accent and excellent English is required. Must be familiar with teams, microsoft office, understand different billing schemes, how to audit work, and the importance of meeting our deadlines and commitments. Daily activity will be split between handling calls from both clients and care givers, making schedule adjustments, filling last minute shifts, updating care giver profiles, referring actions to CLIENT CARE COORDINATORS. Must have and understand what excellent communication skills mean, being concise and clear and keeping all parties informed of actions taken.
