JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Ecommerce company in the health and beauty niche industry (mainly supplements, creams, oils, etc) currently selling only on Meta.
About 70% of our ads are static ads and we are looking forward to finding an experienced static ads maker and translator.
The salary will be based on your experience and quality of work and can be negotiated.
We are looking for a top player here so paying over 1000$ is not an issue for us.

If you don't have any experience or trackrecord of performing static ads generation / creation, please do not apply as we expect you to demonstrate prior work and success in that regard.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (two main tasks):

Generating AI static ads based on our top performing ads and the analysis of our product pages.
You will be given our top ads and different product pages from which you will have to create a tailored version.
It will be very important to ensure congruency between the static ad and the product page which is the next step where the client will end up.
You will need to be able to demonstrate or prove you have experience from past Ecommerce clients during the application process.

As a secondary task, you will also translate batches of statics in different languages via our translation tool as we run in 10 different countries.

We need someone who pays attention to details and can adjust based on our feedback. Our ideal prospect is also not afraid to ask questions and always double checks his work.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in static ads ideation and generation via AI tools (Nano banana Pro and other tools)
- Available 6 days a week (no other job allowed, you will only work for us)
- You’ll need a second screen to perform properly and fast
- Fast internet connection / backup generator in case of power outage
- Calm and focused environment (crucial)
- Answers promptly and ready to hop on a call during shift hours
- Tech-savvy and can easily navigate Google sheets and Canva
- Detail-oriented and independent (will double check his / her own)
- Emotional intelligence and strong communication / can clearly enunciate any issue encountered or asks questions if needed

1. What is your current situation ? Any imperatives such as family, church, studies, etc.
We expect you to be available 6 days a week as this is a full time role and are looking for someone who will be part of our team only (no other company work allowed).
No need to go into details but we must know what is taking up your time outside of work.
Exemple: “I go to Church every Sunday from 8 to 11am approximately”.
Or “I might need to take care of my relatives on that day” etc.

2. Where do you live exactly and what’s your internet speed ?
We expect you to have a backup solution in case of power outage.

3. Give us a detailed breakdown of your prior work experience and study curriculum if applicable (both remote and non remote work).
You will also explain why your contract ended for each job.
Example: “I worked for a video editing company from June 2023 to July 2025. During that time, I only worked for that company for which my only task was to edit videos following their guidelines.
My contract with them stopped as their company stopped operating in July 2025.”
Include all contracts / jobs even if contract were not related to static ads or if contract lasted for a week.

4. Lastly, open your static ads portfolio or your favorite AI tool you have used with past clients and present some of your best work explaining why you d ---------- to create those ads in that way and why you think those static ads in particular were winners.
This last part is the most important section of the video and we expect your loom / video to last between 3 and 7/8 minutes.
