JOB OVERVIEW

RevAcquire is a digital marketing agency helping home improvement & renovation contractors (electrical, solar, bathroom renovation, decking, driveways, groundworks) in Ireland and the US generate and convert qualified leads through Meta ads and automated funnels.

We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Technical Specialist to own the backend systems, automations, and funnel infrastructure across all our client accounts.

What you'll be doing:

Building and maintaining high-quality funnels and sub-accounts in GHL for multiple contractor clients
Setting up and troubleshooting Meta Pixel implementation, Ads Manager linking, and event tracking
Implementing and maintaining Conversion API (CAPI) integrations for accurate ad attribution
Designing and managing nurturing flows/sequences (SMS, email, WhatsApp) to move leads through the pipeline
Setting up and configuring Appointwise (AI booking agent) integrations, including WhatsApp connections
Building automations and integrations using Zapier and ---------- to connect GHL with other tools in our stack
Managing backend systems across client accounts — ensuring reliability, clean data, and smooth handoffs between marketing and sales
Diagnosing and fixing technical issues quickly (broken automations, tracking gaps, integration failures)
Documenting SOPs for repeatable processes as we scale

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience with GoHighLevel (agency-level, not just basic use)
Proven track record building high-converting funnels
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Pixel setup, Ads Manager, and Conversion API
Advanced automation skills in Zapier and ----------
Experience building nurturing/follow-up flows that actually convert
Experience with Appointwise or similar AI booking/appointment-setting tools is a strong plus
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail
Strong communicator — able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical team members

Ideal candidate: Someone who can be handed a new client and independently build out the entire backend — funnel, pixel, CAPI, nurture sequences, and automations — without needing hand-holding. You think in systems, catch tracking issues before they cost ad spend, and enjoy making messy processes run smoothly.
