We run paid ads on
We need ONE video editor to become part of our core team and cut all our
short-form ads (UGC, testimonial edits, storytelling ads, AI implementing !!).
If you're the right fit, this is a long-term home. Our current team
members have been with us for 1+ year.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit 10–20 short-form video ads per week (15–60+ seconds each)
Turn raw UGC footage from creators into scroll-stopping ads
Add captions, B-roll, music, sound effects, hook overlays
Follow proven ad frameworks we'll train you on
Iterate fast based on what's converting (data-driven, not guessing)
IMPLEMENTING TOP NOTCH AI AVATAR SKILLS
MUST-HAVES (do not apply without these)
2+ years editing short-form ads (TikTok / Reels / FB ads)
Fluent in Premiere Pro OR CapCut Pro + HIGGSFIELD/AI APPS
Strong English (you'll read US ad scripts and understand US humor)
Reliable internet + ability to deliver on tight deadlines
Can start immediately
BONUS POINTS
Experience with supplement, sleep, or health brands
You understand direct-response principles (hooks, PAS, storytelling)
You've edited ads that went viral (send us the numbers)
You can shoot your own B-roll or find great stock footage fast
