JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
1. Post ads on facebook marketplace (North America)
2. Message ads on facebook marketplace (North America)

Goals:
1. Rent out rooms.
2. Look for real estate deals.
3. Find repair guys for house repairs.
4. Find appliances to replace old ones.

Trial Task:
1. Find a dishwasher for our rental property. Look for someone who is highly rated. Here is an example you can use this message:

Hi, is the dishwasher still available? We are looking for one with warranty, delivery, installation, and the old one taken. Please let us know your availability. Our address is 2227 29 St SW - Unit B.

Once the trial task is complete and you have found someone we can coordinate with the tenant when the new dishwasher will be put in. Once this task is complete you will be paid $10 USD and given opportunity for future tasks.
