Direct-Response Ad Copywriter — UGC Video Scripts (Remote, Per-Order)

We're NoirLab, a performance-creative studio producing video ad scripts for e-commerce brands running paid traffic on Meta and TikTok. We're expanding our copy team and looking for writers who understand that a script's job is to sell, not to sound clever.

The work:

Write short-form UGC video ad scripts (3 concepts/angles per order)
Research the product, pick the angle, write copy that converts cold traffic
Fast turnaround — same-day delivery on assigned orders

This is per-order, high-volume work:

$5 per order (3 scripts per order) - each video script is 20 to 30 seconds long.
A strong writer handles 5–10 orders/day — you control your own volume and income scales with output
6 days/week availability, with Sundays off
Fully remote

You'll thrive here if you:

Write direct-response, not "brand" fluff — you know the difference
Understand who you're writing to and how aware they already are of the problem and the solutions
Work fast without dropping quality, and take feedback without ego

Not a fit if: you're a general content/blog writer, you need long deadlines, or "direct response" is a new term to you.
