JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to create professional, conversion-focused Etsy listing images and thumbnails for a growing digital spreadsheet/template shop.

The work will involve taking finished spreadsheet products, screenshots, branding guidelines, and product information and turning them into polished Etsy listing graphics that clearly communicate what the product is, how it works, and why it is valuable.

Important timing note: I am recruiting in advance. The products are currently being developed, and I expect design work to begin in approximately 2–4 weeks. I am taking my time reviewing applicants and portfolios, so there is no need to follow up regarding application status. I will contact selected candidates when I am ready for the next stage.

What I’m looking for:

Strong graphic design and visual hierarchy
Experience creating thumbnails, listing images, advertisements, or other conversion-focused graphics
Ability to make digital products look premium and easy to understand
Strong typography, layout, and composition
Ability to follow established brand/color guidelines while still exercising creative judgment
Canva and/or Adobe design experience
Reliable communication and attention to detail

Etsy experience is helpful but not required. Strong design judgment and a strong portfolio matter more.

Selected candidates may be invited to complete a short paid test project before a long-term selection is made.

This has the potential to become ongoing work as additional spreadsheet products are released.
