Client Onboarding Specialist, Everything Kids

Remote. Long-term growth role.

Everything Kids is a booking platform for parents to find and book kids activities in one place. We're early-stage, moving fast, and hiring a small number of confident, well-spoken people to be the first human touchpoint for businesses joining the platform.

The role:

You'll run Zoom onboarding calls with activity providers, walk them through setup, solve problems on the spot, and make sure they leave feeling looked after. You are the face of the brand during onboarding. This is not a background role.

Prove yourself and the role grows: relationship management, account ownership, and eventually leading the onboarding team as we scale.

Who this is for:

You're exceptionally well spoken. Fluent, natural, confident English, not textbook. You can read the room and make a business owner feel comfortable in the first 30 seconds of a call.

You're warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You solve problems instead of freezing. You show up on time, every time. You want to grow into something bigger, not coast in an easy job.

Not for you if you're uncomfortable on camera or need every answer handed to you.
