One-Time Recruiter VA — $160 Project
I’m looking for an experienced Recruiting / Hiring Virtual Assistant to help me find and screen a strong Lead Generation & Sales VA for my business.
This is a one-time recruiting project, not a permanent position.
Compensation
* Up to 20 hours total
* Maximum project budget: $160
* This project ends once the recruiting assignment is completed.
Your Job
I already know the type of salesperson I need. I need you to handle the time-consuming part of finding and screening candidates.
You will:
* Review applications and resumes
* Identify candidates with real sales and lead-generation experience
* Conduct short screening interviews
* Evaluate spoken English and communication skills
* Look for candidates who are confident on the phone
* Verify experience with cold calling, prospecting, appointment setting, follow-up, and closing
* Ask candidates sales-based interview questions
* Eliminate weak or unqualified applicants
* Organize and score the strongest candidates
* Deliver 3–5 highly qualified finalists for me to personally interview
* Provide notes explaining the strengths and weaknesses of each finalist
* Recommend who you believe are the strongest candidates
Who I Need You to Find
The person you’re recruiting should be able to:
* Generate their own leads
* Cold call and conduct outbound outreach
* Follow up consistently
* Qualify potential customers
* Book appointments and estimates
* Help close sales
* Maintain an organized lead pipeline/CRM
* Speak excellent English
* Work independently
* Be highly motivated by commissions and performance
Experience recruiting salespeople, appointment setters, cold callers, closers, or lead-generation VAs is strongly preferred.
What Success Looks Like
At the end of this project, I don’t want 50 random applicants.
I want 3–5 strong candidates who have already been screened and are worth my time interviewing.
Your job is to do the first round of recruiting so I only have to speak with the best candidates.
To Apply
Please answer:
1. How much recruiting experience do you have?
2. Have you recruited salespeople or lead-generation VAs before?
3. How would you determine whether someone is actually good at sales instead of just saying they’re good?
4. What would you ask during your screening interview?
5. How would you narrow a large applicant pool down to the best 3–5 candidates?
6. Can you complete the project within the 20-hour / $160 maximum budget?
Start your application with “TOP RECRUITER” so I know you read the entire posting.
