We are a growing skincare brand looking for a highly experienced Amazon Affiliate Specialist to build, manage, and scale our Amazon affiliate and creator program.
This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator outreach, or a closely related field.
Your primary responsibility will be finding the right creators who can actually generate sales, building relationships with them, getting our skincare products into their hands, and developing a scalable affiliate system.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Affiliate Strategy
Develop and execute our Amazon affiliate marketing strategy.
Recruit creators who actively monetize through Amazon.
Identify opportunities to increase traffic, product exposure, and Amazon sales through creator content.
Build a consistent pipeline of new affiliate partners.
Develop campaigns around product launches, promotions, seasonal opportunities, and hero products.
Understand how Amazon creators use storefronts, product links, videos, social media, and other content to drive purchases.
Track which creators and campaigns are producing results and continuously improve the strategy.
Creator Research & Selection
A major part of this position is:
Affiliate & Influencer Outreach
Build targeted creator lists on a daily/weekly basis.
Contact qualified creators through
Personalize outreach when necessary to improve response rates.
Follow up consistently with high-potential creators.
Negotiate product seeding, affiliate opportunities, commission structures, and creator partnerships when needed.
Maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates.
Re-engage creators who have previously generated strong results.
Develop systems for turning one-time creators into long-term brand partners.
Tools & Platforms
You must already know how to use—or be highly familiar with—tools used for affiliate recruitment, influencer discovery, outreach, analytics, and creator management.
We care much more about conversion potential than follower count.
You should understand the difference between a creator who gets views and a creator who can actually influence purchasing decisions.
