Stanza Solutions is a growing startup company dedicated to supporting families who have been displaced from their homes due to unfortunate and unexpected events. We understand that finding safe, comfortable, and reliable temporary housing during a difficult time can be overwhelming.

Our mission is to help displaced families transition into suitable temporary housing while they navigate the challenges of rebuilding and getting back on their feet. We work closely with families and various partners to provide housing solutions that meet their unique needs and make the relocation process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Qualifications:

- Must currently reside in the Philippines.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Business Analytics, Accounting, Payroll, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and payroll processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with accounting, payroll, or business management software is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business, financial, accounting, and payroll data.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support accounting and payroll validation and reconciliation.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations.
