JOB OVERVIEW

Read this first: this is not a general video editing job. You must already be creating videos with AI tools. If you have never generated a shot with AI yourself, this is not for you.

THE WORK

We are a new European jewelry brand, launching soon. Video is how we reach customers, and you will make all of it.

I write the brief — concept, angle, references. You turn it into a finished video. Multiple styles: AI UGC (a person on camera talking about the product), cartoon and animated pieces, product shots, ASMR, and formats we have not tried yet.

AI generation is the most important part of this job. Editing can be learned. What is rare is knowing how to pull a specific shot out of an AI tool — the right prompt, the right references, the right model, and the patience to regenerate until it is actually good instead of "close enough."

You get a paid Higgsfield account from us. You never pay for tools or credits.

WHAT YOU DO

Generate video shots with AI (mainly Higgsfield) from written briefs
Build finished short-form videos: hook, pacing, structure, ending
Edit in CapCut
Create and sync voice overs in ElevenLabs
Design text overlays that are readable and correctly timed
Choose and edit music and sound
Deliver the right formats and ratios for social and paid ads
Iterate on feedback and keep your files organized

MUST HAVE

Provable experience generating video with AI. Higgsfield preferred; Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway and Hailuo also count — as long as you personally made the work.
CapCut, at a level where editing is not your bottleneck
ElevenLabs or similar AI voice tools
A portfolio of short-form video you made yourself
An eye for what makes someone stop scrolling in two seconds
Good written English, fast replies, able to work from a written brief
Reliable internet and a computer that handles video work

NICE TO HAVE

Jewelry, fashion or beauty experience · Meta and TikTok ad creatives · AI image generation (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Flux) · After Effects · a sense for sound design

HOURS

Full-time, 40 hours minimum. If you can do 50, I want that, and I pay for every hour. One person, one brand — not five clients at once. Long-term.

PAY — READ CAREFULLY, IT IS UNUSUAL

The hourly rate is low. On purpose.

Base: $3/hour. About $520 per month at 40 hours a week, $650 at 50.

That is not meant to be your salary. It is the floor under a bonus structure far more aggressive than anything else on this site, because I want you earning from results, not from hours logged.

Every video you make runs as a paid ad. You get paid on what it sells:

10 sales ? $25
25 sales ? $70
100+ sales within 30 days ? $250
50,000+ organic views ? $25 (paid separately, on top)

The milestones stack. You are paid every tier your video passes, not only the highest one. 30 sales = $25 + $70 = $95. A winner doing 100+ sales in 30 days = $345 in total.

No cap on how many of your videos can hit these. One real winner pays you more than a month of hourly work.

These numbers are a starting framework, not carved in stone. We are brand new and have no historical data yet. Once we see real numbers, the structure may be adjusted, or tied to different benchmarks — output volume, or a mix of volume and sales. We d ---------- that together, in conversation. What will not change: strong results get paid well.

Two rules so we never argue about a payout. Sales are counted in Meta Ads Manager, per creative. A re-edit of an existing video does not count as a new video unless it genuinely becomes one.

You see every number — sales, spend, views. No black box.

Why the bonuses are this high: we are at the very start. No revenue, no proven funnel, no brand recognition. I cannot pay a big salary right now, so instead I give away a far bigger share of the upside than someone joining in two years will ever get. This is a founding-team deal.

The trade, stated plainly: you carry some of the risk with me now, and you get paid disproportionately when it works.

This job is for someone who thinks like an owner. Someone who asks what the video is supposed to DO, watches the results, notices which hook worked, and comes back with a better idea before I ask for one. If you want to clock in, execute the brief exactly, and clock out, please apply somewhere else — honestly, no hard feelings.

Not for you if you need a guaranteed high income starting next month. The upside is real, but it is not instant.

HOW TO APPLY

No portfolio = deleted unread. Sorry, I get too many.

Send me:

Your portfolio. Links to short-form video you made. Say what your role was on each one.
Proof of your AI work. Two or three videos where you generated the footage yourself. Which tool, and what your process was. A raw generation next to the finished edit is even better.
Which tools you use, and for how long.
How many hours a week you can commit, and confirm you have read the pay structure.
The word GOLDFISH at the top of your message, so I know you read this.

Answer these as well:

What is the last video you made that you are proud of, and why?
When an AI tool keeps giving you the wrong shot, what do you actually do about it?
Have you ever made a video that measurably sold something?
Any experience with jewelry, fashion or beauty?

Process: portfolio shortlist ? one short unpaid test (a single AI-generated shot, roughly 30 minutes) ? a paid trial project at your full rate ? ongoing full-time role.

I reply to everyone who follows these instructions.
