JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I want to launch a brand-new faceless TikTok account and I'm looking for someone experienced in organic TikTok growth and short-form content creation.

My goal is to build the account from zero to at least 5,000-6,000 real, engaged followers so that the account can qualify for UGC/brand opportunities.

I'm not expecting this to happen overnight. I'm looking for someone who understands that this may take several months and can consistently produce content designed to grow the account organically.

What I'm looking for:

* Researching content ideas and trends within the niche
* Developing a repeatable TikTok content strategy
* Creating/editing the videos for me
* Sending me finished videos that are ready to post
* Writing hooks, captions, and suggested hashtags/keywords
* Testing different video styles and formats
* Reviewing performance and adjusting the strategy based on what works
* Growing the account through legitimate organic methods only

The account will be completely faceless, so the content needs to work without me appearing on camera.

I would handle posting the videos unless you believe there is a specific reason you should manage posting as well.

Before hiring, I'd like to know:

1. Have you grown TikTok accounts organically before?
2. Can you show examples of accounts you've worked on and their growth?
3. Approximately how many videos would you recommend posting per week?
4. Would you personally create the videos, or would someone else on your team create them?
5. What would you need from me to produce the content?
6. What would your monthly price be for this service?
7. How would you measure whether the account is progressing successfully?
8. What would your strategy be for the first 30 days?

I'm looking for someone I can potentially work with long term if the account is consistently growing and the content quality is strong.
