JOB OVERVIEW

We are a roofing company based in Texas looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team.

This is a full-time WFH position focused on outbound calling to schools and other commercial prospects. Your main goal is to connect with the right decision-maker and schedule a free roof evaluation.

What you'll do
Make outbound B2B cold calls to schools, districts, and commercial prospects
Speak with gatekeepers and decision makers professionally
Identify the appropriate person to speak with about the property's roof
Handle objections and keep conversations moving naturally
Build rapport quickly without sounding overly scripted
Schedule qualified appointments
Follow up with leads when appropriate
Accurately record call outcomes and lead information
What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who already understands cold calling and appointment setting, not someone completely new to outbound sales.

You should have:

Proven experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar outbound sales
Excellent spoken English
A clear, neutral accent
Strong communication and listening skills
Confidence speaking with receptionists, managers, and decision makers
Good objection handling skills
Have the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
The ability to follow a process while still sounding natural and conversational
A willingness to be coached and improve

Roofing or construction experience is a strong advantage, but it is not required. Training will be provided on our services, process, and calling workflow.
