JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We're SheCom Club, an education platform helping women build and scale product-based e-commerce brands. We're hiring an experienced Kajabi and funnel specialist to build and maintain the backend systems behind our fast-growing community.

This is NOT a role for someone still learning the platform. We need someone who has already built funnels and automations that have supported seven-figure launches — and can prove it.

What you'll own:

Building and maintaining sales funnels and landing pages
Setting up and managing marketing automations
Building and optimizing checkout flows
Managing backend systems and integrations (email, payment, CRM)
Troubleshooting and fixing technical issues quickly
Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns
Collaborating with the Community Director and Content team on member journeys
Documenting systems and building SOPs for handoff

What we need from you:

Proven experience building funnels and automations for seven-figure launches
Strong hands-on experience with Kajabi (required); ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar a plus
Understanding of email marketing automation and customer journeys
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written and spoken English
Based in the Philippines, available to work remotely with reliable internet
