ABOUT US

We are a UK-based marketing and sales agency. We work with online coaches and consultants, and we handle everything for them: content, funnels, copy, and sales. Our goal is to hit seven figures before the end of the year. We are small, we move fast, and we treat our team well. We are looking for one person to join us long term and grow with us.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will run our social media outreach. Every day you will:

• Find and collect potential leads on Instagram based on criteria we give you
• Check each one against our rules to d ---------- whether they are a good fit
• Send first messages to the ones that qualify
• Send follow-up messages to people from previous days
• Log everything in a shared tracker
• Send a short daily report at the end of your shift

You do not need to have done outreach before. We will train you properly and you will have SOPs, training calls, and someone to ask when you are unsure. What matters is that you are reliable, careful, and you follow instructions closely.

HOURS

• 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Between 12:00 and 16:00 UK time
• Weekends off

PAY

$5 to $10 per hour depending on experience.

We start hourly. After the first month, once we both know how long the work actually takes, we move you to a fixed monthly salary. Most people prefer this and it usually works out better for you.

LENGTH

Long term. More than 6 months. We are hiring someone to stay, not for a short project.

ROOM TO GROW

This role starts with outreach, but it does not stay there. As you get comfortable, we will give you more hours and a wider range of work across the business. More responsibility comes with a higher rate.

We would rather promote someone we already trust than hire someone new. If you do well here, that is the path.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent English, both spoken and written
• Reliable and consistent, you show up at the same time every day
• You follow instructions closely and ask when unsure rather than guessing
• Comfortable doing the same task every day to a high standard
• Looking for something long term

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Laptop/computer less than 5 years old
• Fast and reliable internet connection
