We're hiring a detail-obsessed backend support agent to run fulfillment and student accountability for our program. You'll own the submission queue — reviewing every website students submit against our rubric, approving what meets the standard, and sending clear, specific revision requests when it doesn't. A real part of this job is catching people who try to sneak through: template dumps, half-finished pages, recycled submissions, requirements technically met but obviously gamed. You'll hold the line politely but firmly, and you won't get talked out of it. Alongside that, you'll keep students moving on their looksmaxxing/moneymaxxing joureny — running check-ins, tracking progress in our dashboard, following up on people who go quiet, and escalating anyone who's genuinely stuck. You'll also handle inbound support tickets, troubleshoot basic technical issues (domains, hosting, page builders, form and payment integrations), and flag recurring problems so we can fix them at the root. You need working knowledge of website builders (Framer, Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or similar) and enough technical fluency to tell a real bug from user error, strong written English, sharp judgment, and the discipline to work a queue daily without supervision. Prior experience in customer support, QA, community management, or course/program fulfillment is a big plus.
