And today they're spending hours on manual donor tracking, sending one-off emails, updating spreadsheets — tasks that have nothing to do with the mission they signed up for.

Uptime Ministries exists to fix it. We bring AI and automation to mission-driven organizations so their people can stop running in place and get back to what matters.

We're growing — and I'm looking for one part-time to full-time person to help spread the word.

Here's the transparent breakdown:
* Flexible hours — you own your schedule.
* Remote — work from wherever (1x/week Zoom meeting with the team).
* 1098 contract — independent professional, not an employee.
* Commission-only with an equal team split on every sale. No hierarchy. No politics. Everyone shares in what we build. 15% goes to operations costs. the rest gets split equally 3-ways.
* Quarterly bonuses on top of commissions.
* Uncapped — your effort sets the ceiling.

Your core job: Help build and support the marketing team. Onboard new clients. Assist with the ongoing improvement of the business. Have a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for our mission.

You don't need a sales background. You just need to care about our growing team and the people we serve.
