Rosegate Property Management is a growing property management company serving property owners and real estate investors across Ontario.

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and sales-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and focus on promoting our Tenant Placement Service.

If you enjoy talking to people, are comfortable making outbound calls, can handle objections, and are motivated by earning commission, we want to hear from you.

Previous real estate experience is not required. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
Generate and work with leads using company-provided platforms and tools.
Make outbound calls to property owners and real estate investors.
Introduce Rosegate's Tenant Placement Service and explain its value.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Ask the right questions to understand the owner's needs and situation.
Handle objections confidently and professionally.
Qualify prospects and schedule property assessments.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
Help move qualified prospects through the sales process toward signed agreements.
Maintain accurate notes and activity in our CRM.
Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets.

What we cannot teach is drive, confidence, work ethic, and the willingness to pick up the phone and have conversations.

Training & Support

No previous real estate experience is required.

We provide comprehensive training covering:

Our Tenant Placement Service
CRM systems and lead management
Our sales process and proven scripts
Objection handling and rebuttals
Appointment-setting techniques
Follow-up strategies
Sales communication and closing techniques
Ongoing coaching and performance feedback

You will have the tools and support you need to succeed.

Compensation

Base Salary: CAD $650 per month + Commission

You will also earn commission on every signed Tenant Placement Agreement you generate.

Successful Sales Specialists can earn approximately CAD $1,600+ per month through a combination of base salary and commissions.

There is no cap on commission earnings.

The more qualified conversations you create, the more appointments you book, and the more agreements you help close, the more you can earn.
