JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to take concept architectural drawings in SketchUp and turn them into full permit sets and shop drawings for our field crew to build from. This role is focused on producing clear, accurate, build-ready documentation from early design concepts.

Responsibilities:

Convert concept architectural drawings in Sketchup into complete permit sets
Produce shop drawings and construction-ready documentation
Create accurate drawings that field crews can build from
Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
Maintain organized, detailed, and consistent drawing standards
Requirements:

Strong SketchUp and Sketchup to Layout skills
Experience producing permit sets and shop drawings
Ability to interpret concept drawings and develop full construction documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with architectural drafting workflows
