About Us
At Atlas Brands, we're building 10 high-velocity DTC brands that are rewriting what fast growth looks like.
We currently operate 2 brands and are adding 8 more brands within the next 2 months. That means we're not building around a single product or account - we're building a portfolio of brands and a team capable of scaling them at extraordinary speed.
To support this growth, we're looking for a CRO Specialist with hands-on DTC experience who can turn data, customer behaviour, and business objectives into structured experimentation and measurable improvements in conversion and revenue.
The Role
As a CRO Specialist, you'll work closely with the CRO Manager to execute and scale our CRO program across multiple ecommerce brands.
This is a hands on operator role.
You'll be responsible for taking CRO initiatives from brief ? build ? QA ? launch ? analysis ? iteration, while also contributing to the strategy behind what we test and why.
You won't be expected to own the entire CRO strategy from day one. The CRO Manager will provide the broader strategic direction and prioritisation, while you'll own the day to day execution and progressively take on more strategic responsibility as you demonstrate strong judgement and results.
We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be told what to do at every step.
If you're given an objective, we want you to be able to figure out how to get it done, communicate what you need, identify problems before they become blockers, and come back with recommendations - not just questions.
As we scale from 2 to 10 brands, there is significant opportunity for this role to grow into a larger CRO and experimentation responsibility.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. CRO Execution & Implementation
This will be the largest part of your role.
Set up and manage A/B tests and experiments from approved briefs through to launch.
Build and implement CRO initiatives across our ecommerce brands.
Build and modify pages, funnels, offers, and other CRO experiences.
Set up and manage checkout, PDP, landing-page, and funnel experiences as required.
Set up new pages and offers required for CRO initiatives and brand launches.
Work with developers to turn CRO requirements into functioning experiences.
Ensure experiments and website changes are implemented accurately and according to the brief.
QA new pages, funnels, offers, and experiments before they go live.
Test across relevant devices and user journeys to make sure nothing breaks or creates friction.
Monitor websites and funnels after launches to identify bugs, implementation issues, or unexpected behaviour.
Review Hotjar recordings, logs, and other behavioural data to identify customer friction and opportunities.
Coordinate tracking, pixels, and analytics implementation with the relevant technical team.
Troubleshoot issues and work with developers to get them resolved quickly.
The expectation: once a CRO test has been approved, you should be able to take ownership of getting it from idea to a properly functioning live experience.
2. CRO Analysis & Experimentation
While execution is the core of the role, we also want you thinking like a CRO strategist.
Monitor performance across assigned brands and flag meaningful changes or conversion issues.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify CRO opportunities.
Develop clear CRO hypotheses based on data, customer behaviour, research, and business objectives.
Support the development and maintenance of experimentation roadmaps.
Analyse test results and identify meaningful learnings and follow up opportunities.
Document experiments, results, and learnings so insights compound across brands.
Recommend follow up tests based on experiment results rather than treating each test as an isolated event.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor, and overall funnel performance.
Challenge existing assumptions and bring new testing ideas to the CRO Manager.
Continuously improve your understanding of what works across our brands and apply those learnings where relevant.
You don't need to come in with the answer to everything.
We do expect you to think, investigate, and bring something to the table.
3. Project & Development Management
You'll also act as the day-to-day handler for CRO-related development work.
Own the CRO execution pipeline and ensure projects continue moving forward.
Act as the primary point of coordination between the CRO team and developers for assigned initiatives.
Translate CRO briefs and requirements into clear development tasks.
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, revisions, QA, and launches.
Follow up on outstanding development work and proactively identify blockers.
Ensure developers have everything they need to execute correctly.
Review completed work against the original brief before considering an initiative ready for launch.
Communicate delays, issues, and risks to the CRO Manager early rather than waiting for them to become problems.
Help improve the systems and processes we use to manage a high volume of CRO initiatives across multiple brands.
We want someone who handles problems rather than passes them upward.
3. Scaling CRO Operation
We're building toward 10 brands, which means the way we work today won't be enough tomorrow.
You'll work with the CRO Manager and technical team to:
Improve the speed and efficiency of the CRO workflow.
Identify repetitive processes that can be automated.
Help build AI-powered systems and workflows that reduce manual work and errors.
Improve experiment documentation and knowledge sharing.
Develop better QA and launch processes.
Identify bottlenecks across research, build, testing, analysis, and implementation.
Help create systems that allow the CRO team to operate effectively across a growing portfolio of brands.
This is where we expect the role to grow beyond pure execution.
The better you understand the business and demonstrate good judgement, the more ownership you'll be able to take.
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience across a portfolio of rapidly growing DTC brands.
Direct exposure to the full CRO lifecycle, from strategy through execution and analysis.
Experience building and launching real ecommerce experiments rather than only producing recommendations.
Close collaboration with experienced CRO strategists, media buyers, designers, developers, and growth specialists.
Deep development across CRO, experimentation, customer psychology, analytics, implementation, and project management.
Exposure to a high-volume experimentation environment.
The opportunity to help build the systems and processes required to scale CRO across 10 brands.
Increasing ownership and responsibility as you prove yourself.
A clear path toward a Senior CRO Specialist / CRO Strategy role as the company scales.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success isn't simply running a certain number of tests.
A successful CRO Specialist will:
Get CRO initiatives shipped quickly and correctly.
Keep experiments and development projects moving without constant follow-up from the CRO Manager.
Catch bugs and implementation issues before they reach customers.
Produce clean, reliable experiment setups and QA.
Use data and customer behaviour to identify meaningful opportunities.
Develop strong hypotheses rather than random test ideas.
Turn experiment results into actionable next steps.
Communicate clearly and proactively.
Take ownership when something goes wrong.
Gradually become capable of owning larger parts of the CRO process independently.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in CRO, experimentation & optimisation role.
Hands-on experience developing hypotheses and managing A/B or split tests.
Strong analytical ability with the confidence to interpret data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
Must have experience working with CRO tools & platforms like Intelligems & Heatmaps or similar ones.
Ability to QA pages, funnels, and experiments and identify implementation issues before launch.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple experiments, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of analytics, tracking, and pixel implementation.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Fluent in English.
A strong bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience working with ecommerce brands or from CRO agency background.
Experience working with Phoenix or similar ecommerce/checkout platforms.
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation platforms such as Intelligems or similar tools.
Experience using Heatmap, Hotjar or similar behavioural analytics/session recording tools.
Experience troubleshooting website, funnel, or tracking issues.
Experience coordinating or managing developers on CRO projects.
Familiarity with established CRO frameworks and methodologies.
Experience working closely with designers and media buying teams.
CRO certifications or formal training, such as CXL.
Why This Role?
This role is ideal for someone who loves turning data into action and learning through experimentation.
If you enjoy structured problem-solving, testing ideas instead of guessing, and seeing your work directly influence business growth, you’ll have the opportunity to take meaningful ownership across multiple brands.
You’ll be joining at an unusually early stage of our expansion, with the chance to help build the systems, experimentation processes, and CRO engine that will support 10 DTC brands.
