JOB OVERVIEW

We are Pilabarre, a fast-growing women’s fitness ecommerce brand selling premium grip socks and studio accessories.

We are looking for a senior-level Etsy expert to fully manage and grow our Etsy store. Our Etsy sales have dropped, and we need someone who can diagnose what is wrong, improve the store, manage daily operations, and help turn Etsy back into a strong sales channel.

This is not a basic VA role. Please only apply if you have real experience growing and managing Etsy stores.

Responsibilities:

* Manage Etsy store day-to-day
* Improve listings, titles, tags, SEO, photos, descriptions, and pricing
* Analyze why sales have dropped and create a clear recovery plan
* Manage Etsy ads and promotions if experienced
* Handle customer messages and support
* Work with our support staff when needed
* Monitor reviews, order issues, refunds, and customer experience
* Track sales, conversion rate, traffic, ranking, and listing performance
* Recommend new products, bundles, and listing improvements
* Provide weekly reports with clear action items

Requirements:

* Proven Etsy experience
* Experience growing Etsy sales for an ecommerce brand
* Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, listings, ads, and marketplace ranking
* Strong written English
* Detail-oriented and proactive
* Able to own the store without constant direction
* Comfortable working with a fast-growing brand

Bonus experience:

* Fashion, fitness, wellness, gifts, accessories, or women’s products
* Shopify
* Etsy Ads
* Customer support
* Marketplace operations
